I can help here too. Unfortunately, the quoted claim below is incorrect. There is no such thing as "he licenced the technology" in his bio. That is just made up. The only thing that he said is he is the inventor of the technology that ADT/Tyco used and sold. That cannot be translated to "he licensed" in any known language in the world.

People in their bio would just mention their accomplishments and references. They do not talk about their court cases. And, that is common sense.

Oh no! Someone should tell that to the 24 Attorneys working for the defendants then! If attorneys knew this info was in the bio in plain sight, the trial wouldn't have lasted 11 years with a court date coming in Nevember! oh boy!

Perhaps attorneys found the "SECI ceo licensed the technology to Tyco and ADT" claim just another bogus claim against the company?
