The day Trump was making his announcement on therapeutics (plasma) the 3 most talked about stocks were RLFTF, HGEN and CYDY. I'll leave it at that just for the sake of comparison. You can do your own DD. I am very long RLFTF for all the reasons explained here.

Currently that I have seen, maybe, but not so sure since they don’t have the multiple MOA’s in my opinion to be successful like Aviptadil or Brilacidin.

But I truly believe it will come down to a combination effort, unless Brilacidin truly shows amazing trial results.
