there is another possiblity. Earlier before he claimed the PR comming out he kept urging people to hit the ask at .0024 and then .0025 stating that by taking them out the PPS would hit .003+. Then he stated he put in an order for 2 Million shares at .0023. So, it could be getting others to do the work while he bid whacks then claims it's running to create more action. If successful, he buys at .0023 then creates the frenzy that takes it to .0033 and sells into it. Nice little flip. I could be wrong but that was my impression. The MM's were a bit stronger than he thought.
The company has told us that a PR would be comming out shortly after the record date, so a PR s due. Wow now what could ut be about? The Divy? Another twist? Of course. See I have an inside source too. It's inside my own mind.
