there's no split lol. you can exchange some of your common for series c if you want. are you really that new? if so you should not be putting much $ into pennies. stick to mutual funds please. save your hard earned cash.

No split.

You get a dividend, which means additional gifted PREFERRED shares on top of your existing common shares. 1 preferred share for every 5000 common shares.

If you want, you can also exchange some or all of your commons back to the company in exchange for preferred shares. For that, you get 1 preferred share for every 250 common shares. This part is completely optional. The company will want it because it reduces common shares outstanding, but you can decide for yourself if you'd rather have common or preferred shares.

For every 5k PASO shares you have by/on September 18th 2020, you get 1 Restricted 144 Series C preferred share issued...which 1 year from now on September 18th 2021 you'll have the option to convert your Series C dividend shares via a 200 to 1 basis or a 250 to 1 basis into common CLX shares, depending on whichever divi conversion path you choose ok glty
