I’m hoping for a big money buyout after the smoke clears. If this technology is as disruptive as we think it is then a larger cyber security company will have to buy them out either to promote this technology as their own or sit it on the shelf to maintain their market share.
I believe Don Beavers is wise enough to have already consulted with institutional investors to position the company for explosive growth after the RS. I expect to hear about the plan before the RS to move the share price way higher than it is right now. I feel he used professional financial assistance by his recent actions to announce GO our professional branding and IR firm. They have an impressive track record.
Many of us know this isn’t your typical otc stinky pinky. If we see a few 8K’s related to corporate actions that will be all I need to see to develop a picture from the puzzle pieces.
I believe this CEO has developed a well thought out business plan to create wealth for himself and for shareholders, beginning with the swift purchase of a clean shell through the implementation of a well thought out business plan.
