Well, it is a penny stock and there are no rhythm or reason with a lot of those - they sometimes move up hugely for no reason or because some promo came out and then they dump big time. Even when they have good news they eventually come down. Unless they have a really good share structure and revenue. It is much easier to play a bounce play with a big board stock than a penny stock. There are penny stock bounce plays, but I am not a fan of them. I generally stay away from them. I rather play a stock that has become a penny stock but still trades on the nasdaq or nyse - this way I go in and out multiple times at different prices without having to worry about commission on each one.
