The other questions are this .......

1) Calabria has said they would be heavily diluted, yes.

But what does heavily diluted really mean?

50%? 60%? 80%? ????

2) Calabria also said the following.....

Mar 11, 2020 · Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Mark Calabria said he's hopeful and expectant for them to get out by the end of his term in 2024

That's 4 years from now. How much capital will they raise from retained earnings between now and then? And what will be the ramifications of any repayment or credit from the Treasury that is forced upon them by SCOTUS next year?

When you step back and look at the above and the whole, there is a lot of room for interpretation in what Calabria has said. For that reason, I'm not focused anymore on what Calabria has said.

I'm focused on what Treasury/FHFA....and SCOTUS....will do.

You can't dilute a preferred series of capital stock. They are fixed in units until a new series is offered.
