Auctus had no hope of getting anything back as an unsecured creditor, none of them would have received a penny as the asset value wouldn’t cover the secured creditor and DIP lender. So they’ve proposed to prop up this stinky pink company so they can sell some stock. If Auctus really thought there was value in this company, they’d buy it.
