I will tell you the break down of how we got our info.
-Called their lawyer office - got docket number and then got office number of the court in Texas - called Texas court with docket number - woman explained everything including to resolution they filed for on sept 8 - got phone number to dial in and access code starts at 1:30pm
Woman in Texas told us the info in the case was to come to an agreement with paying the suing parties. Thirst parties have been after Amaz for 4 years. So they asked the government for a loan to pay the parties. So I believe the bankruptcy always to scare the parties into taking a payment plan. Anytime from now till October 5th the government will give them the loan. By November Amaz needs to come up with a disclosure for how they will payback the parties.
Amaz is still doing business and has not abandoned us and this is good news that no bankruptcy will be filed. IMO
