They do have less,, don’t know exact numbers but less locations , properties owned, and cash on hand so more better chance with JCPNQ IMO,, I think Sears will be gone completely with 1-2 years ,, there are never any news updates or commercials I have seen

Sears has so few stores left one cannot compare just their outstanding share counts. Furthermore, $SHLDQ isn’t even tied to Sears. Sears was privatized, acquired by Transformco (an Eddie Lampert company) for $5.2 billion.

Those trading sears are trading shell with its name.
