the most valuable piece of this company is the 17 million dollar book loss a part of that ""should be" a true tax loss and have value in a shell.

The bad news is their debt exceeds that benefit so unless they settle out the debt the shell and tax loss are small in value if any


For all the shareholders that trusted Fernando's "words" my sympathy


The only guy I know more foolish arrogant and evil than Fernando is my X partner.....both have the same view of the world
