Most are not stupid, but some seem to be... again try doing some research or DD or what ever you want to call it... They wont be converted into commons as they are secured by the owners who will at some point convert them into Series A or C shares... and those are for voting rights and can not be converted... this is how they plan to ensue no one take the company from them, they will alsway have 51+ percent of the stock...
