Heck I guess it’s a good thing that he’s paying attention and he’s responsive. No doubt about it these cats causing ripples are idiots but with that said sometimes deals skip the LOI phase and they go right to “done deal” and had they done that we wouldn’t see annoying people doing annoying people things
