$4 PPS, among other requirements needed for Nasdaq initial listing...they currently don't meet a single financial requirement, not even close, nor have they, ever, for even a minute...but a nice trade, trade accordingly...just noise, zero chance of current holders ever seeing value outside of the current printing of paper, BK for a reason, trade accordingly...
