Keeping hope is all you can do and to be fair Laho was 2 years delinquent, this is not even close in the same realm. Also different auditor who has done mssv’s books forever and knows this deal is hanging in the balance of getting these done. Not saying Dave is a saint but I think he knows that not getting those financials complete what that will result in. There is no backup this time.
