I agree. I don't see how having dept on the books would be acceptable to the NASDAQ. This is why I will be amazed if Maxim accomplishes all this. Maybe Kim gets caught up in his worldview, rather than the world the NASDAQ envisions. According to the list of requirements, everything should be a go, but there is easily potential for snags. Color me amazed.......if it happens.
Agreed....... I have protected my investment by now sitting on the side lines..... looking forward to reinvesting in KBLB when we receive more clarity.
