Tho yea I’m now realizing after googling that in nerd speak or Chemistry terms, M can mean 1,000.

It’d be odd if he was intending to say 1,000 while talking about business and stocks but I thought the same thing when they used the term “4th quarter” on July 15th. I’d have bet the house that 4th quarter meant fiscal 4th and I would’ve been wrong so ...who knows.

But the natural interpretation for “1 M” is exactly what your average person would think it would mean

The question is how it all fits together, and how many of those offices will be running tests, and an active part of the Healthy America project?

But I wouldn't doubt the raw numbers.
