I've seen no public document of the agreement/contract between Wang and Han on the internet.
The OTC page shows JBZY title as JB&ZJMY Holding Company. Inc.
Those who have spoken directly with Han Zhiming have reported a rift between Wang & Han due to a lack of promised investment capital.
Wang Dequn still holds all JBZY preferred shares, he's the only one who can sell the shell company.
