I have yet to see proof that the company is selling shares via any public offering which is what you are saying.
What shareholders are buying is the free trading float. If you think that the comparatively small increases in the float are enough to pay for 11 acquisitions I’d think again!
Anyone can see that.
I’m presuming that there were some outstanding debts from the old company that had been issued either as certificates or debts which the old management had incurred that this company’s management were obliged to honour.
The control block was bought and I’ve yet to see any documented proof from any reliable third party source such as a filing that any part of it has been sold.
Let’s also remember that the stock is getting flipped daily so some of the shares that are traded every day are the same shares being flipped several times for a couple of ticks.
