Very bad news for ACTL today! Its "SEC Delinquent" peer (ICTV) was Suspended this morning and will be Downgraded to the OTC Grey Sheet market ten days later, then ICTV will be Canceled in a short period! So this can happen to ACTL anytime as well due to the Same "SEC Delinquent" statusover FOUR years --- since 06/20/2016...
I wish we won't see 150M ~ 200M shares of dumping at 0.0001 very soon like it happened for so many times since this January!
This Nevada "Revoked" shell ACTL (810M/10B shares Low/Giant OS/AS as of 2019 with the Real Bottom 0.000001) was trading at as high as 0.0005 most recently which is the Same 52-week-high with its peer RCMH (851M/2B shares Low OS/AS)! Both have the Same Bottom 0.000001!
Anyway ACTL had totally 1B shares sold at 0.0001 ~ 0.000001 during the past one year alone!
