RE: SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY

I am a pragmatist. Sometimes 80% is 100% of what is achievable. We, as investors, have to think carefully what is possible under the constraints of our finances, our leadership, the velocity of money, the health of the overall market, the realities of corruption, political intrigue, personal vendettas, problems with the media, trial idiosyncrasies, vaccine timelines, uplisting, etc.

The idea of hooking up with Gilead is very distasteful to me. But present circumstances may create a win-win in this scenario. They need a drug with real safety and multiple revenue streams - it would extricate them from present bad PR and vault them to the position of industry leader in Big Pharma.

But if that is our course, I expect CytoDyn to protect us by making a deal worthy of what we have, not sell us down the road when we have so much potential looming in the near future. Corruption is a simple reality today in Washington and in BP business. It is not even worth discussion. But if this marriage expedited a drug that could save so many people with so many diseases, then I believe there is an argument to be made here.

I am now reaching for some mouthwash...
