Exactly! I think .50-$1 soon and no news needed, just a market correction once our unfriendly friend has had his fill. 1 of the 2 big "known" acquisitions $3-$5, both $8 ish, I can't find margin numbers on 99 so I think that's pretty reasonable.
99 really could be way bigger than we're even talking about though if they're doing $25M pre pandemic in EU only. Asia is much much more health conscience and the company has a nice network already set up there, and of course the US is an enormous new market too.
Pure conjecture on my part at this point, but if that deal closes I could def see us kicking ourselves for selling at $8 a few years down the road...
Think if it just triples based on the exposure to those 2 markets, $75M (25 in each of US EU and Asia) a year in revenue @ ~20% margin---- that's $15M a year in profit by a 20 multiple =$3 on it's own (conservatively)
Kind of mind blowing considering very realistic possibilities here
