Eh - I think we are playing guessing games again.

Regardless if he "sent" the application or "applied for" on or around the 12th, the process again takes 3-4 weeks. As Bodach mentioned in his comment and one that I laid out last weekend. Based off the August 12th date, this past week was week 3 & next week is 4.

Extra week of cushion wouldn't hurt huh

Yes! And you can count on them getting upset. I don't get why that happens but it does on every stock.
