If you read the notes at the end of the link about the warrants it says there was a substantial draw down of funds by Relief on August 26, 2020. So maybe Relief hadn't used that much before but are currently using it to fund trials?

Also not all of this is going to GEM, the first several transactions listed are for board members and employees.
