I theorize XALL is working on a brick application to be included as the module to record and transfer data through 5G MM waves with a secure encryption. This tech is a vital part of secure military drone usage.

PLRTF and MinervaWorks will be implementing this tech into next year best scenario. XALL has many more divisions to aid a multitude of companies. But this is my best hypothesis as to why NASH is on the board. To stay in the loop of the overall development and funding sector with controls in place.
