Black Hawk Funding became Go High Yield and then became Verde Corp which is now solely owned by Joseph (Joe) Quercio. He is the main funding source and also the CEO of Man 360 in Cali. He bought out Benjamin Levine former President of Del Gro/Manufacturing 360
