One thing you missed. If there really is a dilution, when is this? After commons reaches $100? Once released, it will be like Kodak which was overhyped.

if we go from 1B (1.2B some sites) to 10B (or 11B) - to include death of warrants and SPS

that is GRRREAT

I say that as with NWS dead SPS dead and WTS dead - an SPO for say 8B or so added shares - 9B - is massive dilution -- say 90% ? --- but hard to see where such SPO is not priced at a minimum of 10 - or 4 Bagger PLUS
