I don’t think they needed it until this deal. It’s a payoff to a former partner or something similar of Ican to allow this deal to happen. This is a symbiotic relationship between ican and mmmm.
Will there be dilution I think all said and done we are at 25-30 o/s when the dust settles hardly a bad number with minimal revenue. With the projections of this company we are going to be very happy if they can keep the SS that low
