The "thinly traded" explanation is malarkey and provides no viable explanation for the price increase.

"Thinly traded securities are exchanged in low volumes and often have limited numbers of interested buyers and sellers"

Millions of shares traded a day is not low volume (or thinly traded) for Elite during that rise from the 20's to 97 cents.
