The mine has no value. The chances of it ever producing anything again are damn near zero, and even then any real production would be years and millions of dollars in exploration, studies and permitting away. Assuming there is even anything of economic value there, which is highly doubtful.

The only thing these old mines in California are good for is for stock promotions, if not outright scams. Witness the Ruby Mine next door, which was used in another very obvious stock scam recently.

CGLD is a very obvious scam.

When they have drill samples and a valid assay for the mine then they may be able to include it. At the moment no reputable valuation firm would even consider placing any value on it. That is why i did not include the mine.
