And I applaud PASO for providing a full detailed summary of every single Restricted 144 Share that they ever issued here in their last quarterly earnings report dating all the way back over the last 2 and a half years!
Not only did PASO's CEO never issue a single Reg A share, he also never issued a single convertible note to ANY 3rd parties!
In fact the only 2 funding raises PASO's CEO ever did were 2 Private Placements, the 1st one done at .20 cents, and the 2nd one done at .08 cents!
And up until the covid crisis hit, the PASHealth Wellness Center biz model was actually generating PASO positive net income weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
