This honestly could not be further from the truth. I work in M&A consultancy and there are a ton of deals that have been put on hold due to travel restrictions. In the 99 tech/other healthcare space especially, they don't have an existing infrastructure within the company which complicates matters even more. They NEED to get the new director over there onsite, not a virtual walk through.
Wandi I can agree with, they are already in a similar space and the prospects of that deal are much further along at this point. They need to get that signed sealed and delivered ASAP.
