I missed a section...some additional items are in the Annual report as well

In June 2020, the Company received $200,000 into EON Discovery that will be exchanged into 1,000,000 shares of common stock as part of the EON Discovery Acquisition. These shares will be restricted for a period of at least 2 years.

So they have received $2,450,000 in exchange for 179.94m shares of common stock.

Bottom line 18.68M + 179.94m = 198.62m common shares outstanding gives you .012 per share
