The question is if they “really” have “genuine” intentions of publishing S-1, then when are they publishing S-1?

I never expected company to post on mb about when they will publish S-1? I sent many emails directly to CEO asking that question. He never replied.

If you would have seen last 4 days’ trading then 5K to 10 K selling at bid and just 100-300 buying at ask. Moreover bid never increases and ask keeps on plummeting.

In last 4 days stock lost 60% of value. Bid at 0.26 £
Ask at 0.3150. Huge spread!
