That person at the sec. could have been a rookie etc etc etc or paid etc etc etc. regardless this is where we are right now and RBII IS NOT a scam etc etc.. then MacDonalds etc etc etc should all reveal their secret sauces and ingredient list, PLUS RBII's wording was open to interpretation, they should have done better.
