I understand the process, I understand dilution. Never once disagreed , but you said why don't they use the money they just got INSTEAD of using shares. I tried to explain to you its part of the same deal and one cannot happen without the other happening.
The cash will give more value to the company and the share price should go up especially on better profits and good news.
