Thanks for the link to the Chase mortgage comment letter as well, their primary concern (voiced by a couple others) is the reduction in attractiveness of CRTS in the new capital rule. For some reason, MC doesn't seem as enthusiastic as others with the CRTS!

It looks like the 2 special conference calls from the public in September will focus on CRTS and affordable housing.

Things appear to finally be moving forward!
