This is exactly what happens when institutional investors are loading major amounts of shares. Just like our friend on the Swiss exchange who said for the last 2 days there were 1.3 million shares purchased end of day. No purchase like that won’t move the stock price significantly. So that was all day loading reported end of day by the market makers. These are institutional investors and they need to have the opportunity to buy shares without moving the price out of reach. so this is exactly what we see on major news worthy and exciting stocks like this. It happens all the time
