I have TD Ameritrade there’s a tab that just says L2 on it and it shows what’s on the ask when you click it
I think it’s free to just see stocks on the app

Schwab L2 is free but is limited for OTC stocks and often not accurate. I have both Schwab and TDA. TDA platform is great. In a few years, Schwab says they will offer the TDA platform.
