An R/S isn't practical. An O/S of 14M wouldn't be much fun.

No biggie as they can always re-apply when they meet the requirements

I've remember one using that excuse not to up list. Or maybe that was the excuse for a Form 15 de registering the stock? Either way, it works as an excuse.
