I'm having a hard time following all the legalese, quite the document, but it seems like they are aiming to maintain an $11.5 M MC. They'll need to have certain balance sheet requirements and meet the price criteria to uplist,

It will be interesting to see what happens. I imagine investors have to be kept in the dark somewhat because its like a modern day gold rush, competition wants gold, too.
