That's not correct. They were SEC delinquent they never filed Form.15. That is why SEC stepped in and revoked.

Without regulation, a company listed on The Pink Sheets does not need to inform anyone about its state of financial affairs,

not quite. as a registered sec filer tmps was required to provide annual AUDITED financials. they didn't. hence the suspension and revocation.
