Maybe not pregnant but I think she mentioned she wanted to start a family....others know better than I do. Either way...her leaving isn't a bad thing at all! She has 12 million reasons for RXMD to succeed!
I would have thought Mars, being the communicable shareholder friendly CEO that she was, would have had at least a quote in that press release about her departure, assuming she left on her own terms. Mars has never been the type to keep shareholders in the dark. The total silence is puzzling and fuels the NDA speculation.
The longer all this silence goes though about her departure, S-1, etc, the lower the price shall go as people lose faith.
