Moderna has sold hundreds of millions worth of vaccine and they also have still not released peer reviewed phase 1 data. Just ongoing "interim" data.

I wonder if the people performing the P1 peer review are like incompetent Kim. No sense of urgency at all. I think incompetent Kim is hoping for herd immunity to occur so they don’t actually have to continue with INO-4800. INO Hard to believe the head of a penny stock pump & dump took the time of our nation's leaders.
Dr Kim was available in a New York second for a hastily arranged dog and pony show. Inovio got the pump, the Administration got the prop. A big nothing burger!
Since Inovio has been largely shut out of funding, safe to say the Administration did a modicum of DD and saw Inovio (INO) as a STHAF company.
