So how have the tutes of the last offering not disclosed their holdings? Most likely they don't hold over 5%.

So tutes of the direct offerings are sitting on millions of shares right now.

I don’t know if they sold, but if there were no rules requiring them to hold, the price was high enough at time of offering point in each case where they could have easily made money. And the volume was easily sufficient to absorb the new shares.

I hope they are still holding, but Sonny’s track record towards shareholders gives me no reason to feel confident that he wouldn’t allow that to happen.
