The whole pregnancy / family thing honestly makes sense. I remember her talking about trying to balance work and being a wife and a mother. Being CEO of a company that is potentially growing even larger and or upliisting doesn’t pan out to less work for her, or anyone for that matter. Then there’s also the possibility they informed her she would lose her position to make way for a new ceo to steer the new entity.
This all leads back to why don’t they elaborate on her departure, which then begs the question what if they are keeping quiet because of this merger legal jargon. We are essentially at a fork in the road where we could get huge news or we could fall flat on our faces. Though the company is still doing well otherwise.
