Does Turner expect anyone to believe this nonsense?

What MMJ products? A drug patent that hasn't started FDA approved clinical trials has very little value - so much for the IP.

OWCP only has access to toxic financing - how is more toxic funding going to stabilize the company financially?

This isn't explaining the need for a reverse split.
