My understanding is the old TA Computershare was the ones dragging their feet and sandbagging us...so they moved it over to the new TA...once that’s complete (supposed to be tomorrow) then filings will be forthcoming after that, not sure how long after so not sure...but also FINRA has been delayed, and Suresh said once TA transfer is complete they will work on FINRA. Should be able to verify the new TA and confirm share structure tomorrow.
