How does it sound too good to be true? They have their current product, which is doing very well. They have already posted earning from ONE MONTH of sales. They have a sales team working every day to expand contracts and help drive business. They are expanding their product line to include a formulation that is safe to use on produce. Products already exist to use on fruits and vegetables, so no ... it's not 'too good to be true'.
I get how people are shaken up over the SEC halt that is in place, however, that doesn't change the fact that this is a growing business with real profits, and a good opportunity - if - they can navigate the halt.
