No, I'm sure he got it but if he doesn't DRGV would still have to prove they are acting in the best the best interest of shareholders in a future status check. In that case Zhang could still get custody of the shell.

To clarify, no it would not go to no bid because of anticipation DRGV would continue to be derelict in it's treatment of shareholders.
